We’re flexible, practical, and hands-on with every company that works with us. It’s all about delivering great communication outcomes, on time and within budget. Reputation Edge offers the resources and tools your organisation needs to compete at the highest level. View your reputation as one of the most valuable assets you own. You need to use it, along with proper strategic marketing, to control the messages going out for your company.
Unlike other Australian communications agencies, our consultants have experience working for major corporations and brands. That provides us with incredible insight into meeting our client’s unique needs and what day-to-day tasks need to be managed. And because we’ve worked for Australia’s largest and best-known brands in areas such as financial services, building, consumer goods, mining, property, technology, telecommunications and much more, we know these industries well. That awareness enables our team to provide a better quality of service to our clients.
With real-world business and corporate experience, we can bring the know-how your organisation needs to the table to make better decisions or get out from under a difficult situation. Our consultants have worked in media as journalists and in policy and communications as senior advisors as well PR advisory positions with state and federal governments, so they know what you’re facing and are ready to help.
Brand reputation management from Reputation Edge helps our clients grow their businesses while protecting corporate reputations and delivering innovative communications solutions. We step in to offer communication solutions for media, customers, investors, and employees — covering all stakeholders. We offer the creative ideas and can-do attitude you need with straight-talking advice.
Effective corporate communications is about telling a story. Organisations must be able to convey their story to key stakeholders to achieve bigger goals and better outcomes. While having a story is important, that narrative also needs to be consistent with the company’s brand promise. Our goal is to use online and offline channels to help companies reach stakeholders, target markets and critical audiences using the most reliable and cost-effective communication strategies available today.
It’s clear — companies that work to enhance their reputation outperform companies that don’t. That includes critical measures such as trust and competitive advantage. Without proper PR marketing, gaps are left that leave room for potential problems.
Our goal is to help businesses enhance their reputation in the marketplace. Doing this correctly can increase success, whether improving customer loyalty, growing company share prices or attracting and retaining valuable staff.
Protecting a company’s reputation
is critical. In fact, companies should view their reputation as a valuable asset - the more you build your reputation the more you need to protect it. By building and protecting reputation, companies create opportunities. To achieve this, every type of engagement needs to be put through a lens to understand how things can be taken out of context or lead to unintended consequences. As a trusted communications agency, we understand the effects of potential incidents based on our experience in the industry. When the chips are down, we work with you to protect your most valuable asset with a careful focus on the crisis in PR.
